Clarke Elite Detailing may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, vehicle details, appointment information, service history, and messages voluntarily provided by customers.
Information is used to prepare quotes, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with customers, maintain service history, send reminders or follow-ups, provide customer support, and protect the business and website from misuse.
Information may be processed through providers used for hosting, email, calendars, and website operation, including Vercel, Microsoft 365/Outlook, and Resend. Those providers have their own privacy and security terms.
Clarke Elite Detailing does not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the business, when required by law, or to protect legal rights and safety.
Information may be retained for scheduling, service history, accounting, customer support, and legitimate business or legal recordkeeping. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information, but no internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
